Luckily, Cleveland is full of beautiful spots — from lake views to downtown charm, quiet trails to greenhouse gardens. Whether you're prepping for family photos, a engagement session, or maternity shoot, here's a fun and simple guide to my favorite locations (including some hidden gems!).

Outdoor Photo Spots – West Side
- Bradstreet Fishing Pier (Rocky River) - Lake views, big rocks, and beachy feels. It’s clean, open, and perfect at sunset.
- Edgewater Park - Beach + skyline + golden hour = chef’s kiss.
- Coe Lake (Berea) - A peaceful little park with a cute bridge, fountain, and woodsy paths — great in any season.
- David Fortier River Park (Olmsted Falls) - River views and tree-lined trails. Pro tip: park near Gunselman’s Steakhouse!
- Lakewood Park (Lakewood)- Open green space, tall grasses, and skyline views from the Solstice Steps.
- West Creek Reservation (Parma) - A quiet, woodsy spot with trails and a peaceful vibe. Gorgeous in fall.
- Rocky River Reservation - Trails, trees, open fields, even bridges and creeks.
Outdoor Photo Spots – East Side
- Italian Cultural Garden (Cleveland) - Elegant architecture and gardens galore. It feels like stepping into Europe.
- Rogers Meadow (Gates Mills) - A field of tall grasses that feels perfectly wild and dreamy.
- Chagrin Falls - Charming little downtown with actual waterfalls and quaint storefronts. Always a win.
- Little Italy (Cleveland) - Brick alleys, murals, and colorful backdrops with an artsy vibe.
- Pine Lake Trout Club (Chagrin Falls) - Tall trees, a small lake, and picturesque bridges
Outdoor Photo Spots – South/Central
- CVNP Under the Turnpike Bridge (Peninsula) - Concrete bridge arches meet lush forest. Moody, dramatic, and unique.
- The Ledges (Peninsula) - Epic rock formations, best in fall with the changing leaves.
- Everett Covered Bridge (Peninsula) - Charming, classic, and tucked in the trees. A great pick for rustic sessions.
- Brecksville Reservation - Lots of variety — open fields, woods, and bridges. A go-to for a reason.
- Train Station (Valley View) - Vintage vibes and warm-toned textures. Feels timeless!
Urban/Cleveland Vibes
- E 4th Street - String lights, brick walls, fun signage, and city energy — fun and romantic.
- Pier by the Rock Hall - Open lake backdrop with downtown views. A great mix of nature and city.
- Downtown Classics - City Hall, Cleveland Library, and the Cleveland Art Museum all offer elegant, clean architecture.
- Rooftop Parking Garage on E 4th - Skyline views you can’t beat. Yes, we’re shooting in a parking garage — trust me on this one!
Indoor Photo Locations - West Side and Central
- Falorio Photo Studio - My cozy studio is always an option! Styled sets, controlled lighting, and no weather stress.
- Cleveland Public Library - Moody, classic, and elegant. Think marble stairs, high ceilings, and historic charm.
- The Arcade - Romantic and gold-detailed.
- Tower City - Gritty in the best way. Industrial vibes with gorgeous pockets of light.
Indoor Photo Locations - East Side
- Rockefeller Greenhouse - Tons of natural light and greenery. It’s free and open daily from 10–4!
- Cleveland Botanical Garden - Lush, tropical indoor gardens plus pretty outdoor paths. Fee required but totally worth it.
- Cleveland Museum of Art - Minimal and clean with beautiful light. A permit may be needed for professional shoots — but it’s stunning.
